We are a prestigious architecture firm based in Faro, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively towards project goals
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop project plans and ensure their needs are met
- Review designs and provide constructive feedback to ensure high quality standards are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects stay within financial constraints
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members towards success
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Faro, Portugal (accommodation provided)
