Administrator (English-speaking, Part-Time) in Ar Rumaythiyah
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an English-speaking Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to the team. This is a part-time position that is ideal for someone looking for flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to emails
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Provide support to the team by scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence
- Assist in creating presentations and reports as needed
- Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The ideal candidate should be available to work 20 hours per week.
Salary:
Starting salary of $1700 per month.
Location:
This position is based in Ar Rumaythiyah.
Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates who are English-speaking Canadians or Kenyans living in Ar Rumaythiyah. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
