Administrator - Kenya
We are hiring a skilled Administrator to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments within the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations
- Assist with scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Manage correspondence between departments and external parties
- Handle incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
- Create reports and presentations for management as requested
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Salary: 1300$ per month
