Office Assistant - Hawalli, Kuwait
A prestigious office in Hawalli, Kuwait is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time position, open to both Filipinos and foreigners, with no English language proficiency required. The ideal candidate will have a salary of 1200$.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when needed
- Organize and schedule appointments for management team
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Perform data entry tasks as needed
- Keep track of office expenses and report any discrepancies or issues to management
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (no other language proficiency required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work output
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
