Construction Project Manager


A leading construction company in Albena is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Create project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial success
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements for construction projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project

Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Albena (with visa sponsorship available)
