Facade Maintenance Technician
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

We are currently seeking a skilled Facade Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kaunas. As a Facade Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior facades of buildings. Your duties will include inspecting and identifying potential issues, performing necessary repairs and replacements, and ensuring that all work is completed to high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect building facades for any damage or wear and tear
- Identify potential issues or areas in need of repairs
- Perform necessary repairs and replacements on facades, including cleaning, painting, and sealing
- Ensure that all work meets safety standards
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work completed
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facade maintenance or similar field
- Knowledge of building materials and techniques for facade repair
- Ability to use relevant tools and equipment safely
- Good physical condition with the ability to work at heights if needed
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Salary: $1100 per month.
