Facade Technician



We are a leading construction company in Kaunas and we are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building facades to ensure they are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Install building facades according to architectural plans and specifications
- Repair and maintain existing facades to ensure safety and stability
- Inspect facades for any damage or wear and tear, and perform necessary repairs
- Work with different materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete
- Operate hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, drill, and install facade materials
- Work at heights using scaffolding or other safety equipment
- Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects on time
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Facade Technician or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of different facade materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read architectural plans and specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Team player with good communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position. We also provide opportunities for career growth within our company.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position as it involves working with diverse teams from different backgrounds.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Canadian or Filipino candidates due to their experience in facade work. However, all qualified applicants will be considered regardless of nationality.
