Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Nakuru. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our company and driving growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve their individual targets
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling techniques
- Prepare and present sales reports to upper management on a regular basis
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, data, and customer feedback to make strategic decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Indian nationality preferred (not mandatory)
