Concierge - Luxury Hotel, Shanghai, China



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Shanghai, China. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Arrange transportation and reservations for guests
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of current events, promotions, and services offered by the hotel
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin is preferred but not required

Salary: $1000 USD per month
