Office Assistant

We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Triesen. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time job that requires prior experience in a similar role. As our ideal candidate, you should have strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing office correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks
- Filing and retrieving documents
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Providing support to other team members as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $1800 per month
