Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Balzers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. As an Architecture Manager, you will use your expertise to lead a team of architects and engineers, ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement architectural plans, designs, and strategies for various construction projects
- Lead a team of architects and engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure their successful implementation
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, safety standards, and other legal requirements
- Provide regular reports on project progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety standards, and other legal requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
- Experience managing large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Experience working in an international setting

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.

Location:
This role is based in Balzers but may involve occasional travel to project sites.
