As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. You will work on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and motorcycles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing the extent of damage on vehicles and creating repair plans accordingly
- Removing damaged parts and repairing or replacing them with new ones
- Straightening bent frames and panels using specialized tools and equipment
- Filling dents, scratches, and other imperfections with body filler and sanding them down for a smooth finish
- Applying paint to repaired areas to match the original color of the vehicle
- Inspecting completed repairs for quality assurance and ensuring they meet safety standards
- Communicating with customers to explain repair work and provide estimates for cost and time needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow repair instructions accurately
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical strength and stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, lifting, etc.
- Good communication skills in order to interact with customers effectively
