We are a construction company based in Ashdod, Israel and we are seeking skilled and experienced Formworkers to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for building and setting up formwork systems used to support concrete structures. You will play a crucial role in the construction process and ensure that all structures are built according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
- Construct formwork systems using various tools and equipment
- Install reinforcing bars or mesh as needed
- Pour concrete into forms and ensure it is properly leveled and cured
- Remove formwork after concrete has set
- Inspect completed structures for accuracy and quality

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Excellent reading comprehension skills to interpret blueprints and plans
- Proficient in using various hand tools and power tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
