Technical Support Specialist
We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of all support activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve them in a timely manner
- Document all support activities in the system accurately
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or appropriate teams
- Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and advancements in the industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the team lead
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or help desk role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1400 per month + accommodation provided.
Preference given to candidates from Pakistan or Nepal.
No English language proficiency required.
