Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans and strategies based on project requirements
- Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Document test results and communicate any defects to the development team
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with manual testing, test automation, and bug tracking systems
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
