Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Monte-Carlo. This individual will work closely with project teams to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Identify potential issues or delays and propose solutions
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects in Monte-Carlo or similar location
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Fluency in French or Italian
