Mason Supervisor

We are hiring a Mason Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of masons on various construction projects in Ar-Ruwais. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all masonry work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. You will also need to have strong leadership skills to effectively communicate with and guide your team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of masons on various construction projects.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Train new masons and provide guidance to improve their skills.
- Ensure that all masonry work meets safety standards and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with other construction professionals such as engineers and architects.
- Order necessary materials and equipment for each project.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
- Certification or training in masonry or related field.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt. However, we welcome applicants from other nationalities who are legally allowed to work in Egypt.

Type of Employment:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
