We are currently hiring a skilled Mason Foreman to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Mason Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all masonry work on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of masons and laborers, delegating tasks and supervising their work
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute masonry projects
- Estimate materials and labor costs for each project
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on site
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets specifications
- Train new masons and provide guidance to improve skills of existing team members

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
