Team Lead - Customer Service (Moscow)

Our fast-growing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Customer Service team in Moscow. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits, including a free visa and ticket for non-Russian citizens. English proficiency is not required but would be an advantage. Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures
- Create reports on team performance metrics
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, updates, and feedback

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (preferred but not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Proficient computer skills with experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends or evenings if needed
