Contract Administrator
We are a dynamic and growing company based in Kaunas, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As an Indian and English-speaking professional, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring that contracts are completed accurately and efficiently. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Preparing contract documents, including drafting, editing, and proofreading
- Conducting negotiations with clients or vendors as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Tracking contract expiration dates and renewal deadlines
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Assisting with budgeting and cost analysis for contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in contract administration or similar role
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract principles
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
