Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Ufa. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and teams.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural design projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project teams and ensure efficient workflow
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review architectural designs for accuracy and feasibility
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
