We are currently hiring for an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ufa. As the Architecture Manager, you will oversee and manage all architectural projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as technical expertise in architectural design and construction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Review architectural designs and provide feedback to ensure adherence to company standards and client requirements
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Lead a team of architects, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architectural design and construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural design principles, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Proven project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Russian language skills would be an advantage)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. Please note that this job is open to Indian nationals who have their own visa for working in Russia. Accommodation is not provided for this position.
