Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ufa. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality projects
- Develop project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Oversee the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Review project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on professional development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa (open to candidates from any nationality)
