Experienced Construction Manager in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects according to deadlines and budget limitations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budget and expenses, including tracking costs and approving payments
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare and submit progress reports to upper management and clients as needed
- Communicate effectively with all project team members to foster a collaborative work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in commercial or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
