Instrument Technician

An established industrial company in Manama is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of instruments and equipment used in our manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments and equipment such as flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and control valves
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all instruments
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals to diagnose and resolve issues
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete larger projects or tasks
- Keep accurate records of all work performed using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing tasks
- Communicate effectively with management about any issues or concerns that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Must have experience with instrumentation systems such as PLCs, DCSs, SCADAs
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
