Position: Full-time Sales Manager
Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria
Salary: $1300/month with accommodation

Our rapidly growing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve our business objectives. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and leadership who can help us continue our success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to increase sales and achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their sales goals
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Monitor and report on sales performance using key metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts towards achieving company goals
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum of 5 years)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Biometric passport is required for travel purposes
