We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lom, India. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of machines to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure they are running at optimal levels
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality control
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Keep detailed records of production output and machine maintenance activities
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Technical knowledge of machine operations and basic mechanical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Machine Operations or related field
- Experience operating specific types of machinery such as CNC machines or injection molding machines
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
