Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As an English-speaking job, this position is open to candidates of any nationality, but proficiency in English is required. This is an entry-level position, making it ideal for students or those without prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- File, scan, and distribute documents as needed
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
