Crane Operator



As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, specifically cranes, to lift and move materials on construction sites. Your main duty will be to ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials according to project plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, such as mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Safely rig loads for lifting and ensure proper weight distribution
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio systems
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator certification from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes on construction sites
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Physical strength and agility to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work full time, including weekends if required
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes
