Senior Commercial Architect
A reputable architecture firm in Siauliai is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Commercial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to lead and manage commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard. This individual should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial projects from concept design to construction completion
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for commercial buildings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Work closely with contractors and consultants throughout the construction process
- Oversee project budget and ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
