We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Washington, D.C. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift and move materials, equipment, or other objects on construction sites. This is a physically demanding job that requires excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile cranes, tower cranes, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret load charts to determine safe lifting capacities
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper functioning and report any defects or malfunctions
- Safely rig loads for lifting using appropriate slings, chains, or cables
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication during lifts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities including lifts performed and maintenance checks

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a crane operator in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification
- Ability to read load charts and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of crane safety procedures
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
