Sales Manager - Indian Market (Bayan)


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and oversee our sales operations in the Indian market. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in sales and a deep understanding of the Indian market.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales representatives.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You should also have a good understanding of the Indian market trends, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the Indian market
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship building
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage a team of sales representatives by setting clear goals, providing training and coaching, and monitoring performance
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product offerings and pricing strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, etc.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or business development preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian market including consumer behavior and cultural nuances
- Ability to travel within India as needed

Salary: 1500$ per month
