Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Bayan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$. Accommodation will not be provided, making it a great opportunity for students looking to gain experience in the sales industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their needs and offering solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train new sales representatives on products, services, and company policies
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager in the same or similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
