Merchandiser for International Retail Company in Jerusalem


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our international retail team in Jerusalem. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with our buying team to select products, negotiate prices, and manage inventory levels. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and trends to make informed decisions on product placement and promotions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising strategies to increase sales and brand visibility
- Collaborate with buying team to select products and negotiate prices
- Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing decisions based on sales data
- Analyze sales trends to determine optimal product placement and promotions
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, market analysis, and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for analyzing sales data

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jerusalem (open to candidates from Nepal or other foreign countries)

Employment Type: Contract (possibility of extension)

Language Requirements: English proficiency preferred but not required
