Concierge at a Luxury Hotel in Jerusalem, Israel



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Jerusalem. As the Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that their stay is both comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests including airport transfers and car rentals
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Handle guest requests such as room service orders or special accommodations
- Maintain knowledge of current events, festivals, and activities happening in Jerusalem
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Assist with luggage handling when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar guest-facing role
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options in Jerusalem
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or when dealing with difficult situations
- Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this role.

Location:
This position is located at our luxury hotel in the heart of Jerusalem. While we do not provide accommodation for employees, we can assist with recommendations for housing options.

Visa:
Applicants must have their own valid visa to work in Israel.
