We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffees, teas, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of different brewing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders with a friendly attitude
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop, including clearing tables and washing dishes
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Educate customers on our menu options and make recommendations when necessary
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
