We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Akron. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, organizing and coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will also handle basic HR responsibilities such as recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee schedules and time-off requests, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. English language skills are not required for this role as long as you are able to communicate effectively with your team. We offer a free visa and ticket for foreign candidates looking to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Coordinate meetings and events by scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and arranging refreshments
- Manage basic HR responsibilities including recruiting, onboarding new employees, scheduling shifts, and maintaining employee records
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure the smooth running of the office by troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies
- Assist with preparing reports or presentations as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of human resources practices is preferred but not required
