Job Title: English Tutor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students of all ages and proficiency levels. Your main goal will be to improve students' overall English language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
- Provide engaging and interactive lessons that incorporate various teaching methods
- Assess students' progress through regular evaluations and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Monitor students' performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress and address any concerns
- Stay updated with current teaching methods and resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an English tutor or teacher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation rules
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities for different age groups
- Patience, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred:
- Teaching certification or TESOL/TEFL qualification
- Experience working with non-native English speakers
- Multilingual abilities (especially Hindi)
