Our company is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Collector to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. This is a contract job with free visa and ticket provided for foreigners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to request payment of overdue bills and negotiate payment arrangements
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to their payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies
- Prepare reports on collection activities and present findings to management on a regular basis
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Collector or similar role, with knowledge of debt collection laws and practices
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using accounting software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
