Experienced Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Eschen. This position is open to both Canadian and non-Canadian applicants, with a proficiency in English being a requirement. This is a part-time role that does not include accommodation, but we offer a free visa and ticket for our foreign employees.

As a Waiter/Waitress, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience. You will need to have strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a high-volume restaurant. You must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before seating customers
- Provide recommendations on menu items if requested
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working as a waiter/waitress
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
