Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards. Your duties will include managing work schedules, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to your team members. You will also be responsible for monitoring the progress of projects, inspecting work for compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise on the job site.

Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure that all plans are executed correctly. You must have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with workers of different nationalities, including Indian workers. This position requires excellent knowledge of masonry techniques and materials, as well as experience in reading blueprints.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a mason supervisor or foreman in a construction setting. A certification or diploma in masonry is preferred but not required. This is a contract job based in Balzers, offering a salary of 1300$ per month. English proficiency is required for effective communication on the job site.
