We are hiring a skilled Formworker to join our team in Lisbon. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete structures for various construction projects. You will need to have experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and using various hand and power tools. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. This position does not include accommodation, but we are able to provide visa sponsorship for non-local candidates with the necessary qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine formwork requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials such as lumber, plywood, or metal
- Cut materials using hand or power tools according to specifications
- Assemble formwork components including frames, braces, and ties
- Secure formwork in place using nails, bolts, or screws
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth surfaces using trowels or screeds
- Remove forms after concrete has set and clean work area
- Inspect completed structures for defects or imperfections
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Basic understanding of math calculations
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in Lisbon without accommodation provided
