Hotel Sales Manager


We are in search of a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in La Condamine! As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies to secure group bookings and business travel contracts
- Identify potential new markets and source new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make adjustments to achieve targets
- Prepare sales reports for management review
- Manage the hotel's online presence through various booking platforms
- Train, motivate, and lead the sales team to achieve their goals
- Participate in trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is an asset
