Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Data Analyst, your role will be to analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide valuable insights and recommendations for our company. Your main responsibilities will include identifying trends, patterns, and correlations in data, creating reports and visualizations to communicate findings, and collaborating with various teams to optimize data collection processes.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and computer science. You should also possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets using tools such as SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is also preferred.

As our ideal candidate, you should have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify key insights from complex data sets. You should also have excellent communication skills to effectively present your findings to non-technical stakeholders. As this is a full-time job without accommodation provided, we are looking for candidates who are already based in Clairvaux or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and tools such as SQL, Python or R
- Identify trends and patterns in data sets
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in data collection processes
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze large datasets
- Proficiency in statistical tools such as SQL, Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify key insights from complex data sets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to relocate to Clairvaux or already based in the city
