Entry-level Accountant


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Entry-level Accountant in Utena, Philippines. As an accountant, you will be responsible for recording and analyzing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This is an English-speaking job that requires no prior experience and offers accommodation for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Record and reconcile financial transactions using accounting software
- Prepare general ledger entries and maintain supporting documentation
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
- Review accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for accuracy
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for tax filings or audits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA certification preferred)
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month.
