Sales Manager for Indian speaking market in Mombasa


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations for the Indian speaking market. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target the Indian speaking market in Mombasa.
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Indian speaking market.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Good understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer service practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
