Executive Chef


As an Executive Chef at our restaurant in Lahore, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations and ensuring the high quality of food and service. You will be leading a team of talented chefs and cooks, creating innovative and delicious menus, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a creative menu that meets the tastes and preferences of our clientele
- Manage all aspects of food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train, supervise, schedule, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies accordingly to minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions
- Continuously strive to improve menu offerings, recipes, cooking techniques, and efficiency in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a diverse team
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining consistency in existing menu items
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Graduation from a culinary school is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
The restaurant is located in Lahore. Please only apply if you are currently residing in or willing to relocate to Lahore.

Accommodation:
This job does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own living arrangements.

Preference will be given to candidates who have their own visa or are able to obtain one. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.

Education:
This job is open to graduates from culinary schools or individuals with equivalent work experience in the culinary industry. We value practical skills and experience over formal education.
