Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, creating menus, managing inventory and budgets, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Your creativity, leadership skills, and passion for food will be essential in creating unique and delicious dishes that will impress our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the kitchen
- Create new menus and oversee menu changes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Develop budget plans and ensure that expenses are kept within budget
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health codes
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create innovative menus while staying within budget constraints
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and collaborate with other departments
- High attention to detail to ensure consistent quality in all dishes served
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month without experience. However, experience in high-volume establishments is preferred. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
