Office Assistant for Indian Nationals in Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Indian national with English speaking skills, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth functioning of daily operations. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees
- Prepare presentations, reports, memos, and other documents as needed
- Assist in the preparation of payroll by providing relevant data such as attendance records, leaves, etc.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and maintaining records
- Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Indian national with valid visa sponsorship or willing to obtain one
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g. printers)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Salary: $1800 per month
