Plasterboard Worker

Our construction company is seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Dickirch, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Install plasterboard on walls and ceilings using various tools
- Apply joint compound to smooth out seams and create a seamless finish
- Sand, prime, and paint finished surfaces as needed
- Repair damaged or uneven surfaces before installing plasterboard
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plasterboard and their uses
- Familiarity with various tools used in the installation process
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding if needed
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1400$. Accommodation may be provided if needed.
